A complex journey through the beauty and the heartbreak of a relationship struggling to survive.

For those of you with a flexible lifestyle and time to see a film in the afternoon, what better way to spend it than at No6. Free tea/coffee and biscuits in the bar before the screening of this month’s afternoon delight: A Star is Born. Tickets are £8.00, £6.50 and £5.00 for 25’s and under, the film starts at 4.15pm.

The day that changed us forever.

The evening film on Thursday at 7.00pm is Utoya-July 22. The teenagers are already on edge as they discuss the bombs in Oslo the previous day, then gunshots ring out in the woods…this film shot in one continuous take makes the film feel at once longer and shorter than its 72 minutes.

A young boy’s extraordinary adventure, beyond imagination.

This Japanese animation has 100% approval rating on Rotten Tomatoes, Miraiis a great family film which purists will enjoy at No6 on Friday evening in its original language with subtitles.

Experience the impossible journey to the moon.

Damien Chazelle’s films always have their protagonist reaching for the stars; through ambition in Whiplash, fantasy in La La Land and in reality in this week’s film First Man on Saturday. Tickets selling well, better book online…
