Just a reminder that Operation Mincemeat has been moved from Thursday 19th May to Fri 20th May. Unfortunately the flyers had been printed before the change, hopefully everyone will have got the message by now otherwise we’ll be in the soup and customers will end up in a conference being run in the auditorium.
Our evening programme on Thursday will start as usual at 7.00pm. Strange Waters, a short film shot on Spitbank Fort by local filmmakers, will kick off the evening before The Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent, the Nick Cage film where he pokes fun at himself, action movies and other cliches, an amusing diversion.
Operation Mincemeat will start at 4.15pm on Friday. Bar will open at 3.15pm for free tea/coffee and biscuits. This will be a subtitled screening.
Relive the glory days of the 1980’s with a bunch of golden, global superstars. A-ah: The Movie is the compelling tale of three perfectionists whose friendship was forged through their music. Take On Me will plunge you back to your youth on Friday evening.
Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets Of Dumbledore on Saturday night, with great performances, script and impressive visual effects, no one is too old to tumble into the Potterverse.
