Just a reminder that Operation Mincemeat has been moved from Thursday 19th May to Fri 20th May. Unfortunately the flyers had been printed before the change, hopefully everyone will have got the message by now otherwise we’ll be in the soup and customers will end up in a conference being run in the auditorium.

Nicolas Cage stars as... Nick Cage, channeling his most iconic and beloved on-screen characters in order to save himself and his loved ones.

Our evening programme on Thursday will start as usual at 7.00pm. Strange Waters, a short film shot on Spitbank Fort by local filmmakers, will kick off the evening before The Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent, the Nick Cage film where he pokes fun at himself, action movies and other cliches, an amusing diversion.

This is the extraordinary true story of an idea that hoped to turn the tide for the Allies - taking impossibly high risks, defying logic, and testing the nerves of its creators to breaking point.

Operation Mincemeat will start at 4.15pm on Friday. Bar will open at 3.15pm for free tea/coffee and biscuits. This will be a subtitled screening.
